These circles are to support healing, connectivity and sisterhood between women, especially during these challenging times. 

 

First we will create a safe, robust and sacred space by building an Alchemical container with Gratitude,

​

We then bring our Grit and/or Grief to the circle to be witnessed and alchemised.

​

Allow your intuition to guide you into bringing something to share that may surprise you and touch others with it's story.

​

You are welcome to attend in silence, though for the cohesion of the circle all videos are to be on. 

 

Babies, children, grandchildren and pets are all welcome as part of the wider circle.
