This is the culmination of 5 years co-creative work.
These Sacred Essences are a living book that I am honoured to be calling back into rememberance with the Elemental Kingdoms. They are far more than descriptive words, they are potencies that come to life in you, to be woven into the fabric of your co-creation story.
Each Essence is a 4 week journey, a vision quest, a realignment - this is powerful work. It's recommended that you journey with one essence at a time and commit to the accompanying journaling programme.
Some essences work particularly well together as pairs or triads, and are offered as a package or as part of a 'Creating Heart Space for your Soul Story' workshops.
